We believe that our prices can’t be beat. However, if you find a natural diamond of comparable quality and characteristics that is lower in price, we will match it. We make it simple for our customers.

How It Works

Contact us with a quote from a retailer with natural diamond price and ring price OR send us links from an online company that show us the loose natural diamond and ring of your choice. Please note, the stone has to be GIA or IGI certified to qualify for price matching.

We will match a comparable stone at the same price.

Please note, some retailers tend to aggressively mark down diamonds or gemstones, and inflate the prices of ring settings. Therefore, we take the final price of (Natural Diamond + Ring) from another retailer, and match the final quoted price.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide this service. Our manufacturing operations do not allow diamonds and gemstones purchased from other retailers to be used.

  • We will work with you to clear any doubts and questions - we want you to be confident about buying jewelery - no matter where you choose to buy. We’ll use our large inventory to show you different qualities, which equips you to make a decision on what you’d like to order.


    Please note when comparing:

    1. The competitor’s diamond or gemstone must have the same characteristics, including carat weight, cut, colour, clarity, fluorescence, measurements, table and depth percentage, symmetry, certification, etc.

    2. The competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
